Overview

The report describes how the company managed the COVID-19 crisis while accelerating its energy-transition strategy. A major 2020 milestone was the acquisition and construction start of the 204 MW Kozani photovoltaic project, one of the largest such projects in Europe. The company also set an ambition to improve its environmental footprint by 50% by 2030 and reach net-zero emissions by 2050. Group turnover was EUR 5,782 million in 2020, amid sharply weaker refining conditions.
