Annual Financial Report

The report presents HELLENiQ ENERGY's first fully consolidated reporting period including Enerwave, with sustainability disclosures prepared under CSRD and ESRS and based on a Group-wide Double Materiality Assessment. It reports a 30% reduction target for market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 from a 2019 base year, alongside a climate-neutrality objective by 2050 and a major expansion of renewable energy capacity. The 2025 disclosures include 4,228,665 tnCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 53,876,681 tnCO2e of Scope 3 emissions, 17,170,370 MWh of total energy consumption and 4,192 employees.
