Annual Financial Report

The report presents OTE Group's first Sustainability Statement prepared under CSRD and ESRS, supported by a double materiality assessment covering the Group's value chain. It reports 2024 energy consumption of 497,008 MWh, 90% renewable energy share, and gross Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, including 459,302 t CO2e of Scope 3 emissions. The Group reiterates its DT Group climate targets, including a 55% reduction across Scopes 1-3 by 2030 and net-zero emissions across the value chain by 2040. Workforce disclosures include 9,873 active employees in the sustainability metrics, zero fatalities, and women representing 40% of the Board.
