The report describes a 2025 materiality assessment that prioritised 21 sustainability topics using stakeholder feedback. The Group set a target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 carbon intensity per square foot of shop area by 15% by 2030 against a 2023 baseline. It also began disclosing Scope 3 emissions, reporting 32,413 tCO2e for purchased goods and services as its first reported category.
