Overview

The report describes HRC's FY2020 sustainability performance across economic, environmental and social topics. It highlights a 7 per cent reduction in total Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, to 1,149,190 tonnes CO2-eq, and no workplace fatalities during the year. Workforce disclosures record 481 permanent and contract employees and approximately 48 average training hours per employee. The report also details COVID-19 safety measures, energy-efficiency initiatives and reductions in hazardous waste generation.
