Overview

The report presents Henkel's 2017 sustainability performance across its group operations, including 53,700 employees, 188 production sites and 100% production-volume coverage. It reports 365 thousand metric tons of Scope 1 and 369 thousand metric tons of Scope 2 emissions, plus a Scope 3 footprint of 50,194 thousand metric tons. Henkel also highlights training more than 50,000 Sustainability Ambassadors and progress toward its Factor 3, renewable-energy and waste goals.
