Annual Report and Financial Statements

The report launched 135 Henry Boot as phase one of a new ESG and Responsible Business Strategy, supported by a new Board Responsible Business Committee. It reports 2020 gross emissions of 3,357 tonnes CO2e, comprising Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 disclosures, while noting that the Net Zero Carbon pathway was still being prepared. The report also records 504 directly employed people at year-end and describes expanded diversity, wellbeing, community and human-rights initiatives.
