ESG Report

The report is HGF's first annual ESG report and outlines 2025 initiatives across people, planet, governance, and information protection. It reports progress toward a 46% Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions reduction by 2030 from a 2019 base year, with FY2025 total location-based emissions of 77.03 tCO2e and energy use of 365,699 kWh. HGF says women made up 50% of senior leadership and 36% of the partner group, exceeding its stated goals. It also established its first ESG Steering Committee to monitor, guide, and champion firmwide ESG priorities.
