Sustainability Report

The report shows the company maintained 96% responsibly sourced seafood and continued work toward its 30% Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions reduction goal by 2030. It completed its first Scope 3 inventory and created a GHG Protocol-aligned inventory management plan, although preliminary results will be published after external review. The company also reported stronger employee-focused programs, including expanded benefits, leadership development, and more than 1,500 volunteer hours.
