Overview

The report presents HPS's 2023 sustainability approach around ESG governance, human capital, inclusive payment technologies and environmental action. It reports a 30% female share on the Board and 1050 talents, alongside 22,000 hours of training and 69% training coverage. HPS reports 4752.41 t CO2e of greenhouse gas emissions in 2023 and describes energy-efficiency, teleworking and waste-management initiatives. It also highlights the Strategy and ESG Committee, a materiality analysis, SDG contributions and membership of the UN Global Compact.
