Sustainability Report

The report highlights Hikma's 15% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions against a 2020 baseline, alongside a 2023 Scope 3 footprint of 925,152 tCO2e. It reports 9,100 employees, 45% women on the Board and 98% Code of Conduct training completion.
