Overview

The report describes Himadri's FY2023-24 sustainability reporting and its new UN Global Compact signatory status, together with a net-zero-by-2050 roadmap covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 initiatives. It reports energy, water, waste and GHG performance, including zero reported Scope 2 emissions and extensive internal power generation. The report also presents an ongoing double materiality methodology based on ESRS and a Board-level ESG governance structure.
