The report presents HGS's FY2020 transition toward a technology-led BPM company while reporting consolidated operating revenue of INR 52,354 million. It records the sale of the India Domestic CRM business, including the transfer of about 7,000 employees, and a year-end workforce of 37,460. During the COVID-19 crisis, HGS shifted the majority of its workforce to work from home and deployed virtual employee and client-support measures.
