Annual Report

The report describes HGS's FY2023 shift toward a technology-led CX company, supported by the NXTDIGITAL merger and TekLink acquisition. Consolidated headcount was 20,683 at March 31, 2023, while the group reported 35 delivery centres across nine countries. Community engagement included more than 4,330 volunteers and 6,420 hours globally, alongside CSR programmes in education, skill development, healthcare, water and rural development. The report also states that one of 10 board directors was a woman.
