Overview

The report is HOEC's inaugural sustainability report covering responsible oil and gas exploration and production, with detailed HSE governance, operational safety, environmental controls, oil-spill preparedness, waste, land, air, flaring, liquid waste, and pipeline management. It describes Board-level oversight and an HSESRM Committee supporting implementation and corrective action. It highlights safety training, drilling-fluid reuse, site restoration, emissions monitoring, and spill-response systems.
