Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents HPCL's 2015-16 sustainability performance under GRI G4 Core and an independent assurance process. It reports Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions, alongside energy-conservation initiatives and 450 lacs KWh of renewable-energy generation. The people chapter reports 10,538 employees and detailed safety performance, while CSR programs supported communities through healthcare, education, skills and sanitation initiatives.
