Impact Report

The report describes Hiscox's 2022 social-impact priorities across customers, employees, communities and environmental causes. It reports a 2022 employee engagement survey in which 84% said they were proud to work for Hiscox and outlines Group-wide DEI action plans, network expansion and training. Community activity included $1.8m donated to more than 280 charities worldwide and 1,400 employee volunteering hours. The report also highlights customer risk-mitigation products such as the Hiscox Risk Academy and LeakBot, alongside local environmental partnerships.
