Total GHG emissions were 242,984 tonnes CO2-e, while the workforce comprised 17,258 employees in Hong Kong and overseas. Community highlights included 20,532 volunteer hours and HK$16M+ in monetary donations and in-kind sponsorships. HKT also conducted an annual stakeholder-based materiality review, and HKQAA independently verified the Our Environment chapter and related environmental performance data.
