Annual Report

The report presents HNB Finance's fourth integrated annual report for 2019/20, combining financial and non-financial information under GRI Standards and the IIRC framework. The company reported 1,965 employees and described extensive Business Process Re-engineering to improve efficiency, work-life balance, customer service, and reduce wastage. It also reported 1,973,585 kWh of energy consumption and 14,560 m3 of water consumption, alongside green branch and environmental-awareness initiatives. Financial inclusion remained a central theme through microfinance, support for female entrepreneurs, community projects, and responsible lending.
