Corporate Responsibility Progress Report

The report describes HNI's 2025 progress in emissions, renewable electricity, waste, materials, and product design. HNI achieved a 78% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions from its 2018 baseline and sourced 100% renewable electricity across global operations. Waste diversion reached 91%, while 14 of 23 manufacturing facilities achieved zero waste to landfill. The report also highlights expanded chemical and material transparency across HNI's brands.
