Corporate Sustainable Development Report

The report presents Holcim's 2013 progress against sustainable-development targets, including a 24.3% reduction in global average specific net CO2 emissions against the 1990 reference and 90% of biodiversity-sensitive sites with action plans. It reports CHF 19.7 billion in net sales and 70,857 Group employees. The report also introduces Sustainable Development Ambition 2030, including a 30% reduction target for specific CO2 emissions by 2020 and aspirations covering resources, water, biodiversity and communities.
