Sustainability Performance Report

Overview

The report presents LafargeHolcim's 2019 sustainability performance across climate, circular economy, water, community, health and safety, and social indicators. It reports externally validated 2030 carbon-intensity targets of 520 kg per ton for Scope 1 and a 65 percent reduction in Scope 2 emissions per ton against 2018 levels. Group absolute gross Scope 1 emissions were 121 Mt, while Scope 3 emissions were 19 Mt. The report reproduces EY's limited-assurance conclusion over the selected sustainability indicators.
