Overview

The report presents Holcim's 2024 non-financial performance across climate, circularity, nature, people, human rights and governance. It reports 71 Mt of gross Scope 1 emissions, 42 Mt of Scope 3 emissions, and validated 2030/2050 net-zero targets covering all three scopes. Circularity highlights include 10.2M tons of construction demolition materials recycled and CHF 534 million of Green CapEx, while a first double materiality assessment was conducted. The report also records 65,000 employees, two employee fatalities in work-related incidents, and 45% women on the board.
