Sustainability Statement

The report describes strong 2025 progress in circular construction, including 8 Mt of construction demolition materials recycled and expanded sustainable product offerings. It reports gross Scope 1 emissions of 52 million tons of CO2 and total Scope 3 emissions of 37 million tons of CO2e, alongside validated 2030 and 2050 net-zero targets. Holcim also reports 46 055 employees at year-end, a 94% employee survey participation rate, and zero work-related fatalities.
