Sustainability Report

The report describes 2023 progress in employee development, lower-carbon operations and water reuse. The company achieved its 5% trainee and apprentice ratio before the 2026 deadline and commissioned a biomass boiler in Krosno, replacing coal-fired steam and process heat. Construction began on a Krosno water-treatment plant designed to return process water to use; commissioning was planned for 2024.
