Annual Financial Report

The report presents Home Invest Belgium's first quantitative sustainability disclosure for 2025, supported by a newly appointed Sustainability Manager and a Board-approved roadmap. It updates the company's materiality assessment through a double materiality analysis covering impacts, risks and opportunities. The sustainability section reports portfolio energy and Scope 1/2 emissions and describes climate-risk analysis using the MSCI tool. Governance responsibilities for sustainability are assigned to both the Board and Audit Committee.
