Overview

The report describes Foxconn's 2017 global social and environmental responsibility activities across its workforce, health and safety, supply chain, environmental management and community programs. It highlights a workforce of 988,000 employees and more than 5.8 million training hours delivered by Foxconn University. Environmental initiatives included TWD 1.76 billion invested in 164 facility enhancements and a 24% carbon dioxide reduction target for 2020 against 2015. Foxconn also reports TWD 300 million allocated to social and community programs.
