Overview

The report describes Hon Hai's 2021 sustainability performance across a global workforce of 946,111 employees and verified Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 6,220,782 tCO2e. The Group completed 1,587 energy-saving projects, reducing carbon emissions by 320,925 tCO2e, while clean-energy usage reached 5.17%. It also established staged carbon-reduction targets from a 2020 base year and a net-zero value-chain goal for 2050. BSI independently assured the report's sustainability processes and alignment with AA1000AS v3, GRI, and SASB disclosures.
