Sustainable Development Report

The report presents HAESL's 2022 sustainable development performance during its 25th anniversary year. It reports 1,120 employees, 32,384 training hours, and one lost-time injury, while work-related employee fatalities were zero. Environmental disclosures include 286,284 GJ total energy consumption, 24,689 mtons CO2e total GHG emissions, 113,572 cubic meters of water consumption, and a 37.0% recycling rate. The report also highlights expansion of its solar PV system to 630 kW and over 700,000 kWh annual generation.
