Sustainable Development Report

The report describes HAESL's 2025 sustainability performance as a year of operational growth and measurable social and environmental progress. The company reached a record workforce of 1,750 employees and reported 47.8% waste diversion. It also established a 2030 target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 30% from the 2018 baseline. Community programmes contributed 4,879 volunteer hours and US$86,861 to charitable organisations.
