Sustainability Report

The report presents Towngas's 2016 sustainability performance across Hong Kong and mainland China, with group GHG emissions consolidated on an equity basis. It highlights environmental initiatives such as emissions reductions, landfill-gas utilisation, water conservation and energy management, alongside safety, inclusion and community programmes. The report also discloses approximately 49,000 employees across the Group and includes an independent HKQAA verification statement prepared in accordance with GRI G4 and the ESG Guide.
