Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report covers the Group's 2020 ESG performance, including climate, safety, workforce and governance disclosures. It reports Group Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 1,406,000 tCO2e and describes the use of the GHG Protocol and TCFD recommendations. It records 51,074 employees outside Hong Kong, 2,495 full-time Hong Kong staff, extensive safety activity and zero employee and contractor fatalities. HKQAA provided reasonable-assurance verification of the report.
