The report highlights the company's record HK$7.6 billion in charitable and community donations supporting 216 projects, continued employee development with average training of 42.6 hours for full-time and 7.7 hours for part-time employees, and a 1.3% reduction in total carbon footprint from the prior year, or 3.5% from the 2009/10 base year.
