Sustainability Review

The report highlights the launch of Sustainable Luxury Vision 2020, a group-wide framework with seven pillars and more than 50 economic, social and environmental goals. It reports 2013 group performance including 8,216 employees, 847 '000 GJ of energy use, 1,853 '000 m3 of direct water consumption and 6,059 tonnes of waste generated. The company reports 112 '000 tCO2e of greenhouse gas emissions and a 10% absolute carbon-reduction ambition by 2020 against a 2006-08 average baseline. KPMG provided limited assurance over the report in accordance with ISAE 3000.
