Annual Report

The report highlights the April 2015 grand opening of The Peninsula Paris, HSH’s first hotel in Europe, and progress toward its Sustainable Luxury Vision 2020. It reports a 9% reduction in absolute carbon emissions, a 27% reduction in carbon intensity, a 15% reduction in water intensity in the hotels division, and a 42% waste-recycling rate. HSH also expanded sustainability disclosures and reported CDP Climate Disclosure Leadership Index recognition; its separate Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Report and Data Statements received limited assurance from KPMG.
