Integrated Annual Report

The report describes HCI's 2013 sustainability reporting across its subsidiaries, including a reported 9.6% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions. It records more than R27 million in social responsibility spending, R26 million in enterprise development, and R21 million on employee development. The HCI Foundation allocated bursaries to 1,080 students across 22 institutions and seven provinces. The report also describes ongoing efforts to improve group sustainability data collection and resource efficiency.
