Overview

The report presents Hotel Royal's maiden Sustainability Report, covering a materiality matrix, environmental initiatives and community engagement. In 2015, the Group used solar hot-water systems, LED lighting, rainwater collection and recycling activities, including 7,613 kg of old newspapers and 730 kg of old linen. It also reports community and arts support across Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore, while its People Report records 780 staff members and structured training and mentorship programmes.
