Annual Report

The report describes Kāinga Ora's 2023/24 delivery of 4,864 new social and supported homes and a 3,605 net increase in homes. It also highlights completion of a renewable energy programme installing solar panels for over 600 homes, diversion of 59,000 tonnes of waste from landfill, and gross corporate emissions of 7,526 tCO2e.
