Overview

The report describes Howard Hughes' 2022 environmental performance across its portfolio, including 16,686 MtCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 38,238 MtCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions, 153,759 MWh of energy consumption, 2,048,966 m3 of water consumption, and 5,043 tonnes of waste generated. It also sets a 20% reduction target for carbon emissions intensity by 2027 against a 2017 baseline. DNV independently provided limited assurance over the reported environmental data.
