Overview

The report describes 2021 progress across five material sustainability areas, including achievement of carbon-neutral manufacturing and 100% waste reuse, recovery or recycling in production and warehouse operations. It reports gross Scope 1 emissions of 45,659 tCO2e and gross Scope 1 and 2 location-based emissions of 57,243 tCO2e. It also highlights 11,000 full-time jobs, 610 apprentices in training and £2.0m donated to charities and community groups.
