Annual Report

Overview

The report describes 2023 as LON's best year in its thirty-year history, with record operating and financial results and more than 30 development projects completed. It also reports that environmental, social and governance factors were introduced into business and investment decisions, alongside sustainable elements in credit processes, products and services. At year-end, LON employed 105 people, including 61 women, and continued its focus on employee development and well-being.
