Sustainability Report

The report describes HSBC's 2007 sustainability activities, including carbon-neutral operations covering 897,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions and equivalent offsets, achievement of environmental reduction targets, and the launch of a five-year US$100 million HSBC Climate Partnership. It also reports broad sustainability-risk governance through the Corporate Sustainability Committee and independent DNV assurance of the report.
