Overview

The report provides a group-wide review of Hua Nan Financial Holdings and its six subsidiaries in Taiwan for 2019. It reports 10,354 employees at year-end, substantial sustainable-finance activity including NT$297.6 billion of credit to green energy technology, new agriculture, and circular economy industries, and Scope 1 plus Scope 2 emissions of 17,716 metric tons CO2e. The report also sets carbon-reduction goals of 5% by 2020 and 30% by 2050 against a 2016 base year and includes limited external assurance over selected indicators.
