Annual Environmental Social and Governance Report

The report describes Huali Group's SBTi-validated emissions targets, including a 50.4% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a 30% reduction in Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services by 2032, from a 2022 base year, alongside a value-chain net-zero target for 2050. It reports 2024 Scope 1 emissions of 30,049 tons, Scope 2 emissions of 381,623 tons location-based and 331,947 tons market-based, and Scope 3 emissions of 1,628,232 tons. For waste, the report states that 72.4% of general industrial solid waste was recycled and reports zero landfill and zero incineration for solid waste.
