Overview

The report describes the ICT infrastructure business's 2024 sustainability program across digital inclusion, environmental protection, emissions management, and supply-chain responsibility. Digital inclusion initiatives brought over 120 million people in remote and rural areas into the digital world. Environmental measures included using more than 3 billion kWh of clean energy in own operations and properly recycling and disposing of 20,933 metric tons of ICT e-waste. The report also presents 2022-2024 GHG data, a 2030 reduction target, and sustainability appraisals of more than 1,600 major suppliers.
