Overview

The report presents HUGO BOSS Group's 2015 sustainability strategy, materiality assessment and performance across environmental, employee, partner, product and society topics. It reports 77,884 MWh of group energy consumption, 136,308 m3 of water consumption and 53,560 t CO2 of total Scope 1+2+3 emissions for the reporting year. The workforce section reports 13,529 employees within the analyzed locations and 59.7% women in the workforce, while the group profile gives a broader year-end headcount of 13,764. Ernst & Young performed limited assurance over information marked in the report.
