The report describes Huhtamaki's fifth consecutive inclusion in the DJSI STOXX index and progress on operational sustainability, including European energy-efficiency programs and increased paperboard recycling in North America. At the De Soto facility, recordable safety incidents decreased by 63% in 2006, with more than 450 safety observations recorded.
