Overview

The report covers the Group's 2020 sustainability performance in Hong Kong and Macau, with sustainability oversight led by the Board and a newly formed Board Sustainability Committee. It reports approximately 990 employees, 65,782 tonne CO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and 1,903 m3 of water use. The Group also describes energy-efficiency, recycling, digital inclusion and pandemic-response initiatives, including telecommunications support for students in up to 1,000 schools.
