Corporate Responsibility Report

The report highlights Hysan's 2012 environmental progress, including a 39.5% reduction in GHG emissions and a 27.1% reduction in purchased electricity against the 2005 baseline. It records recycling of paper, aluminium cans, plastic bottles and old clothing, while Hysan Place received LEED Platinum recognition and provisional BEAM Plus Platinum certification. The report also describes stakeholder partnerships, workplace initiatives and a year-end workforce of 630 staff.
