Our Company, Our Community Annual Report

The report highlights the formalisation of a management-level Sustainability Committee in 2018. Environmental achievements included Hysan Place's Final Platinum BEAM Plus rating, Lee Garden Three's China Green Building Label 2 Stars rating, a green-finance framework, food-waste treatment engagement and energy-saving upgrades. The company also reports more than 1,800 hours of staff safety and health training and 493 volunteer hours supporting community services.
